Thanks to the generosity of the incredible people and businesses in Niagara, St. John’s Ukrainian Catholic Church have collected CAD 64,650.00 so far for Humanitarian Aid in Ukraine. The church has extended their collection and will continue to accept donations to St. John’s Ukrainian Catholic Church at 91 Lakeshore Road, St. Catharines, ON L2N 2T6.

Donations will be accepted Monday, March 7th – Saturday, March 12th from 8:30am – 8pm.

At this time medical and military items are in high demand. The below items are being accepted:

  • OTC Medications
  • Polysporin with Antibiotic
  • Chlorohexadine gluonate
  • Betadine/povidone iodine
  • Hydrogen Peroxide *3%
  • Bandages
  • Tourniquets
  • Isopropyl alcohol *70%
  • Emla cream
  • Sleeping bags
  • Gauze
  • Medical Supplies (scissors, tape
  • etc.)
  • Radios
  • Monetary Donations
  • Bulletproof vests
  • Kevlar Helmets

All collected items will be delivered to St. Joseph’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in Oakville. From there they are shipped to Poland, sent over the boarder to be distributed in Ukraine.
